Terms and Conditions + Shipping & Returns

We can ship to virtually any address in North America. However, there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Please choose the shipping method that best suits you.

 

Currently we do have Canada Post, however, it is not linked to our website yet. Which means there is a lot of time we will continue using the shipping provider Canada Post or US Post, even if you choose FedEx. In this case, we will refund you the FedEx shipping cost. The reason for this could be the length of time that it takes to get the product from our suppliers. We want to make it clear that just because the product says "in stock" on our website may not necessarily reflect the actual stock level. That's why we always recommend the customer to contact us to make sure we have this product on our store before buying.

 

Please note that as we like for our products to get out as fast as they can, there are many cases where this may not happen. There could be many causes to the delay like when suppliers guarantees orders are in when they're not. So as we do our best to ship products out ASAP, this is not always the case.

Returns

We would love to return every single product that a customer does not like, or no longer needs. This may be something that the big boys can do. However, this is something that's just not realistic for our business. Our suppliers have a pretty strict policy when it comes to returning HVAC parts and products.

 

To return any one of our products, you would have to to be a licensed gas fitter. You would also have to write a report as to why the part is defected. We do not take back items due to not needing them anymore.

 

In case that we do accept a product back, there will be stocking fee. These fees could range from anywhere between 5% to 30%.

 

We wish we lived in a world where we did not have to charge these prices for restocking items, but the sad truth is were not big enough to absorb the cost.

Cancellations

We will accept cancellations up to 24 hours. If you wish to cancel your product after buying and 24 hours have already lapsed, there will be a cancellation feed. This feed is 15%. The reason for this is we have already spent time on tracking down the part placing the order with our suppliers and are arranging delivery of the product. When somebody cancels, this system has to be reset and the hours that we spent have to be recuperated. As mentioned before, we wish we didn't have to do this, but our circumstances do not allow us to avoid these policies.

 

So we ask our customers to make sure with a 110% that you need this product.
